Doll stuck in Foreign international Dispatch?

I ordered a BJD from Thailand a little bit ago, and he was shipped out on the 11th, it is now almost the 17th, and apparently he is with USPS Express Mail international...I heard they were supposed to deliver in 3-5 days...but he's stuck in Foreign international Dispatch it says....Can someone help me out?
