What is a good privacy tree that will not get out of hand and not need a lot of pruning & maintaining ?

I recently had ordered the Leyland cypress tress for privacy from my neighbor , but after more research (which this nursery never informed me of) they can easily get out of hand and need maintaining. Does anyone know of any privacy trees that may not get but 5-15 tall and not require a heck of a lot of work? I would appreciate any info guiding me in the right direction..
