What are the most social/party-oriented dorms at Humboldt State University?

I'm planning on being a freshman at Humboldt State University this fall, and I'm curious about which of the dorms I could have most fun in. I know of The Hill, Cypress, the JGC, the Canyon and Creekview. Which would be best for a freshman trying to have a good time?
