What do I do about my crazy apartment unit?

hi I'm a 24 yr old women I live in a 6 unit apartment im the only black person suround by crazy white folks, police being called almost everyday, im pregnant and I have a 10 month old daughter! Their still outside arguing, bloody nose, drunks, pill popping, its absolutely nuts over here, someone broke in to the change machine in the wash and dryer. Neighbors busting doors down. Ugh their all insane!
