Houstonians: How far would you commute to for work?

I personally wouldn't drive more than about 20 miles one way. I guess it would really depend on if I had to drive in rush hour traffic or not & whether I'd be able to find another job if I quit b/c of the commute. A fuel efficient car & reimbursement for fuel might be a deciding factor, also.
