How to file complaint against a cop with out name?
I am 18 years old and have been out of public highschool for 3 years;my friend i was with my friend who is 17, with a GED. About 9am monday(yes i understand most people at school or work easily way for a break in)I went to go get cigarretts with her, ended up finding a ride because neither of us has a liscense so knew i wouldnt be gone long-and when we got home the door was locked somehow; went over all possible ways to get into the house and ended up trying to borrow a ladder from a neighbor; told them (yes it is an odd question to ask in cypress) : "hi do you by any chance have a tall ladder i can borrow; I got locked out of my house and forgot my key and the only way is to get to second story." went to about 5 houses and found someone with one, but he seemed busy and it was right in front of me but difficult to get to, so wanted to try some more before disturbing him) so went another 20 houses all ways were going to last houses and a cop pulled up to street while i was at someones door so i walked over and proceded towards car he asked what are we doing, how old am i, do i have an ID, or know my Drivers liscense #--which then he looked up found clean records fast, then was sitting at computer looking at and "writing paper work" (he obviously had nothing to do and really added onto this horrible week ive had) seemed like following us or got info from a neighbor..asked if supposed to be in school.answered all honestly and then the cop literally made sure to address every possibly way to get in) 4got key and left door unlocked for 15 min, nobody home when i left and there isnt anyone without a car especially to be at the house (my dad and girlfriend were at work, her son at school), neighbor 2 houses down possibly had key but did not answer, owner not answering because works at a school, my dad answering but not able to help any way, no other windows unlocked downstairs, not backdoor, even asked about a doggy door and garage doors, the screens; just ridiculous excessive questions to the point we felt like it was un-necessary, like we were some how stupid and wouldnt think of every possible way before asking for ladders?! yes, thats really non-chalante; people always go door to door letting everyone near the house they're going to break into AND ask for help to break in, so that when its reported and they hear about it; they could describe me in a second. He asked about our family and if my friends parents knew where she was, where everyone works, what we did in 15 min to go down street, where we were in morning (did we just get back from friends and it's locked or was at your house--like i already said))it was alot of repeating..like he was intentionally trying to catch a loophole or change in story--excessivly. repeated all recent addresses, tried to throw little jokes in which made it seem like he was pretty much making fun of us and addressing us as immature partying high school students up to no good...very rude. But im polite, cooperate; and whether they believe it or not, i tell the truth. We were standing in front of lady's house for 45 minutes, im not entirly sure on my rights but strongly think he did not need all that information...I just wanted to get into my house. Finally, after having nothing to talk about (seemed like thats all he wanted to do after he knew there was nothing more needed to talk about i guess or saw that we were getting impatient and annoyed after about 6 "jokes" in...but still kept composure) he "sujested" we continue looking or somehow pull a key out some rock--THANKS!--then he followed us back towards my neighbors house with key-still no answer, tried over at only guy with ladders' house--couldnt find him outside working or at door...dog got out so went to backyard and called people for ladders, then remembered had broken in doggie door one time which only had screws with thin metal over it; so it succeded...last resort break something easily fixable.Does anyone know how i go about doing this or if its even worth it? Do they have voice recorders in cars with cameras? i dont know if he necessarly did anything "law" wise wrong, maybe but have it be adressed to not need find random small white girls and try sooo hard to get his quota in; something along those lines.
