IS there non usta tournaments in Orange county if so do any of them play for money?

I was hoping to non usta tournaments for doubles players that are about 3.5-4.0 performance and hoping to find them in the neighborhood of cypress, buenapark, huntington beach area If possible try to find ones for money. Also they have to be for juniors and adults because i plan to partner up with an adult Thank you
