Which is a better area to raise a family , Cypress or Katy?

I live in Friendswood, which I love, but we will be moving closer to my husband's place of employment. I have done tons of research myself, but i would like some opinions. Which is a more decent place to raise a family, Katy or Cypress? We wanna live in the burbs as we do now please be nice and Thanks!
